The hen chat

If you ask about getting Helper Hen and leave contact info, we use it only to follow up with you. If you use "Put me on your site" in the hen chat, we keep the details you type (name, business, email, and phone and website if you add them) plus your answers to a few short questions, so our team can get back to you. They're stored in a Cloudflare D1 database and emailed to us. We never sell or share them. To have them deleted, email [email protected].

We also count which questions people ask the hen, anonymously: the site, the question (with emails, phone numbers and other numbers removed), and the hour. No IP address, cookies or IDs. We use the counts to improve the answers and keep them for up to 180 days. The hen also saves a couple of settings in your browser (like whether you closed her tips), which never leave your device.

No trackers

This site has no trackers. No ad pixels, no analytics scripts, no tracking cookies.

Payments

We aren't taking payments yet. When we do, payments will be handled by Lemon Squeezy or Stripe. You'll pay on their checkout, so your card details go to them, not to us.

Your email

If you join the waitlist or email us, we use your email only to reply and send what you asked for. No spam. You can unsubscribe anytime.

Call recordings

If you become a client, the AI phone tool (in your business's name) records and transcribes calls to your business so it can send you summaries. Callers are told at the start of each call.
